It was developed for the Student Innovation Contest (SIC) at the ACM UIST 2019. We combined robotic components and Google Coral DevBoard to provide an edge computing solution which aims to help vision-impaired people to find a nearby target easier. Through this project, I realized the importance of a comprehensive understanding of both hardware and software.
My contribution:
1. The design of the initial prototype.
2. Developed almost all the programming tasks.
3. Integrating the software and hardware and testing.
